Delivery Coverage
We ship orders across Sri Lanka and selected international destinations. Delivery is available to home, office, and pickup-point addresses. Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require extra handling time, which will be communicated before checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Local deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination. Express options are available at checkout for urgent requirements.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also view live tracking updates from your order history in your VSEEDS account.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during promotional campaigns as shown at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a suitable resolution.
