Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Components that have been soldered, programmed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, clearance items, gift cards, software licenses, and consumables such as cables and thermal paste cannot be returned or refunded unless defective. Please verify compatibility before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Option
If a replacement is preferred over a refund, we can exchange the returned item for the same product or store credit of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds to credit/debit cards may take 5-14 business days to reflect. Bank transfers and wallet refunds are typically completed within 3-5 business days.
